- Multi Lets will advertise your property until it has been successfully let.
- We will arrange and accompany all viewing's
- We will vet the tenants by collating all of the relevant documents e.g. ID, bank statements, referencing & credit checking
- Multi Lets will complete all of the legal paperwork
- We will collect the deposit complying with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, this will cost an additional £35.00
NB: You will need to ensure that your property is compliant with all legal requirements e.g.
- EPC (Energy Performance Certificates)
- Gas Certificates
- PI /PET’s (Periodic Inspection & Portable appliance testing)
- Electrical standards
- Notices
Multi Lets can arrange these if necessary.
On letting your property the following fees apply:
- Rooms - £250 per room
- Studio’s/ Apartments - £300 per room
- Houses/ Flats - £375 per property
These fees are charged once the tenancy agreements have been made & can be deducted from the 1st months rent.
