The Landlord provides the images and the description for the adverts and responds to the letting enquiries themselves.

Multi Lets will upload your property details onto the internet portals. We will contact you when a suitable prospective tenant applies.

Tenant Finding Only

Multi Lets will cover the costs of advertising on your property until it has been successfully let. 

• Multi Lets will advertise your property.
• We will arrange and accompany all viewing's
• We will vet the tenants by collating all of the relevant documents e.g. ID, bank statements, referencing & credit checking
• Multi Lets will complete all of the legal paperwork
• We will collect the deposit which will be placed with the appropriate Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The charge for this is £35.00.

NB: You will need to ensure that your property is compliant with all legal requirements e.g.
- EPC (Energy Performance Certificates)
- Gas Certificates
- PI /PET’s (Periodic  Inspection & Portable  appliance testing)
- Electrical standards
- Notices
-An appropriate HMO licence, where applicable within the United Kingdom.

Multi Lets can arrange this if necessary.

On letting your property the following fees to you will apply:

• Rooms - £250 per room
• Studio’s/ Apartments - £300 per room
• Houses/ Flats - £375 per property

These fees are charged once the tenancy agreements have been made & can be deducted from the 1st months rent.

Tenant Finding  & Rent Collection

This includes the 'Tenant Finding Only' Service & in addition Multi Lets will manage:

• Invoicing and receipt handling
• Collection of the monthly rent by standing order
• Setting up the standing order
• Persistently chase late payments.

In addition to the Tenant Finding Fees, Multi Lets will charge an ongoing fee of 2% of the rent collected per month.  If the rent is collected in person this will incur an additional fee.

Full Management includes the Tenant Finding & Rent Collection services and in addition we will cover:
