The Full Membership includes the Tenant Finding & Rent Collection services & in addition we will undertake:

· Regular Property Checks

· Preparing the property to let

· Basic cleaning 

· Make beds

· Freshen up the accommodation

· Ensure property complies with current legal requirements

· Report any faults & repairs to you

· Quote on any repairs

· Carry out repairs based on quotes provided

The on going cost will be 8-10% for single property lets & 12%- 18% for rooms & studio’s, based on the rental income per month.
